Prerequisites: Fundamentals of programming, Basic knowledge in HTML tags & skill of creating web pages should be known, Knowledge of basic Computer hardware & software is also necessary.
Course Learning Outcomes (CLOs): Students will understand the know how and can
function either as an entrepreneur or can take up jobs in the multimedia and
Web site development studio and other information technology sectors.
Course Content:
HTML, DHTML, CSS, clients side scripting, server
side scripting, dynamic website development. Introduction to current technology
e.g. MySQL, php, ASP, ASP.net. Introduction to related methods and tools e.g.,
website hosting, database connectivity, Macromedia. Overview of XML.
